Dating someone in Lviv

Lviv is the most European-looking Ukrainian city and the most Ukrainian-speaking: Ukrainian is the everyday language, Polish and English are common, and the city has been the country’s cultural capital for a long time. The women who list it are, on average, younger than elsewhere on the site and more likely to work in tourism, design, IT or education. Many have hosted relatives displaced from the east.

For a first meeting, Lviv is the most realistic Ukrainian city: it is a few hours by train from Kraków and Przemyśl, and it has been comparatively calm, though your government’s travel advice still applies and a video call before any plans is not optional. Time zone is Kyiv’s.
