What is free

• Creating an account and filling in your profile.
• Opening the members gallery, reading full profiles and using search.
• Watching free video introductions.
• Reading every letter you receive.
• The members feed, likes and favourites.

Nothing on that list is charged later, and nothing on the site is ever paid to a person: there is no way to send money to a member, and everything you buy is paid to the site in credits. That is why a request for money from anyone you meet here is never legitimate, whatever the reason given.

What credits cost

Credits come in packages. Each package is a single card payment through our payment provider, CentroBill; the charge appears on your statement as centrohelp.com. Larger packages cost less per credit.

Promo credits are a bonus on top of a package; they are spent first and work like any other credit. Prices are in US dollars; your bank sets the exchange rate if your card is in another currency.

What things cost in credits

Per-minute charges (live chat, video call) run only while the conversation is open, and the meter is visible on screen. Reading a letter that was sent to you is always free. Messages you type during a video call are free — the call is charged per minute, and what you write while it runs is not charged on top of it.

Membership levels

A level is optional. It does not add credits to your balance; it changes what your credits buy — the price of a letter, a chat minute or a call minute, the discounts on them, and how many actions each month cost no credits at all.

The prices above are for buying a level on this website, where a level is a one-month package: you pay once, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. A level bought inside the AnnaBrides Android application is a different contract: it is a Google Play subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel it in your Google account, and Google's price is set by Google and shown on its purchase screen. The app subscription terms cover that, and the refund and cancellation policy covers purchases made here.

No subscription on this website

There are two things you can pay for on this website, and both are one payment at a time. A credit package is bought once and charged once. A membership level bought here is a one-month package: one payment for one month, and when the month ends your account returns to the free level. On this website nothing renews on its own and no money is taken again; we do not keep your card in order to charge it, so there is nothing running in the background and nothing to cancel. No further amount is ever taken without you starting a new purchase yourself. A level bought in our Android application works differently — it is a Google Play subscription and it does renew every month until you cancel it in your Google account, as the app subscription terms set out. When your credits run out, your account, your letters and your contacts stay exactly as they were — you can buy more whenever you like, or never.

What a membership level is, and what it is not

A level changes what your credits buy: what a letter, a chat minute or a call minute costs you in credits, the discounts that apply to them, and how many actions each month cost no credits at all. It does not add credits to your balance, and buying credits does not change your level — a level changes the price of what you do, credits are what you do it with. Your level, what it changes and what a month of it costs are shown on your membership page once you are signed in.

Credits, a level, and what a subscription would do

A subscription charges you for the month whether you wrote three letters or none, and keeps charging until you find the cancel button. Neither of the two things you can buy on this website does the second part: each is charged once, and nothing charges again by itself. In the Android application a level is sold as a Google Play subscription instead, and that one does keep charging until you cancel it — Google's screen says so before you pay, and the app subscription terms explain it. Credits charge you for what you did, so a month in which you only read replies costs nothing. A month of a membership level is priced for the month rather than for the days you were active — a quiet month at a paid level costs the same as a busy one, and that is the deal in front of you before you pay. What happens to unspent credits if you ask for a refund is covered below.

Questions about paying

How do credits work, in practice?

Every paid action has a fixed price in credits, shown in the table above. A letter costs the same whether it is three lines or three pages; live chat and video calls are charged per minute only while the window is open, and a video call is never charged twice — messages sent during a call cost nothing. Credits are taken from your balance as you go, promo credits first. When the balance is empty, paid actions simply stop until you buy another package, and everything else — your mailbox, your contacts, the gallery — keeps working.

How much does an international dating site cost per month?

Here it depends entirely on how much you write. A realistic picture for someone holding one or two conversations — three letters a week and two fifteen-minute video calls a month — is roughly 190 credits, which at September 2026 package prices is somewhere between 45 and 60 US dollars, less per credit with a larger package. A month in which you only read replies costs nothing. A flat monthly fee, wherever you meet one, is usually cheaper for someone writing every day and dearer for everyone else. A membership level here sits between the two: it is priced for the month like a flat fee, and what it buys is a lower credit price and a number of actions each month that cost no credits, so it is worth taking only if you write enough to use it.

Are paid dating sites worth it?

Only if you use what you pay for. The price here does not buy access to people — the profiles are public — but the letter, the call, and a person reviewing every profile and reading every report. After a month, with your own mailbox in front of you, you can judge that for yourself; nothing obliges you to buy a second package.

Refunds and questions about a charge

If a charge on your statement does not look right, write to support@annabrides.com first — we can see the purchase and usually resolve it faster than your bank. Credits that have been spent on letters, chat or calls that took place are not refundable; unspent credits and mistaken or duplicate charges are looked at case by case. The binding rules are in the terms and conditions.

Where you buy

Credits are bought on the payment page inside your account, after you sign in. The checkout itself runs on the payment provider's secure page; we never see or store your card number.
