This is the address for everything: a question before you join, a problem with your account, a payment you do not recognise, a profile or a message that worries you, a request to delete your data. Write in English or Russian. We answer during European business hours, usually within one working day; anything to do with a payment or a safety concern is read first.

Before you write

Many questions are already answered: what things cost, how profiles are checked, how to stop the emails, how to close an account. The full list of help pages fits on one screen, and deleting your account, and what happens to your data has a page of its own. If the answer is not there, write; you will not be sent back to it.

What to include

• The email address you registered with (we will not act on an account from any other address).
• For a payment question: the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Never send the full card number.
• For a profile or message: the member's name and, if you have it, the address of the profile page.
• A screenshot, if there is something to see.

Payments

Purchases are processed by CentroBill and appear on your bank or card statement as centrohelp.com. If you have a question about a charge, write to us first — we can see the purchase and usually resolve it faster than your bank. For questions addressed directly to the payment processor, their cardholder support site is centrohelp.eu.

Reporting a profile or a scam

If someone asks you for money, asks you to move the conversation to another app straight away, or the story stops adding up, stop and write to us with the profile and the messages. We will look into it and, if it holds up, remove the profile and close the account behind it. You lose nothing by asking. The dating safety guide lists the warning signs.

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click stops them. If you cannot find an email from us, write and we will switch them off for you.
